For those looking for motivation, peer support, and consistency, group personal training is a perfect fit. Grab your friends and meet with your trainer two or three times per week and be guided through a personal training program to support your fitness goals. Group sizes are small; a maximum of four people who have similar goals and want to establish a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Fitness Bootcamp provides a hour-long high intensity workout designed for everyone, using a combination of cardiovascular exercise, core strengthening workouts, and muscle toning movements. Fitness Bootcamp will not only help you become healthier, but will also tone and tighten your body.
